Alvin Logan

CEO/Owner

Alvin Logan is the co-owner and CEO of Assured Residential and Consulting, LLC, commonly known as ASSURED. Alvin took over as CEO of ASSURED in 2021. Alvin has worked in the human services business for more than 21 years. Alvin holds a bachelor's degree in social work from Rhode Island College. Alvin is dedicated to helping others and ensuring they live their best lives. Alvin resides in Westfield, Indiana, with his wife, two sons, and a lovely daughter. Alvin believes that ASSURED is a “Force for good” and needs to continue on such a path.

Jessica Tonetti

Vice President

Jessica started as a DSP in 2007. Through the years, she has filled several roles and continued to learn and work to create a better quality of care for the individuals she worked with. She joined Assured in 2022 as a program director, where she opened and supervised our Terre Haute office and the individuals we serve there. Jessica puts her heart into what she does here, and the individuals we serve are at the center of that heart. Over the past year, she has created documents, plans, and training for consumers in the Terre Haute area that have immensely improved the quality of care for those individuals.

Philip S. Logan

Director of Human Resources

I'm Philip S. Logan, Director of human resources with experience in personnel management. I joined Assured Residential and Consulting, LLC in 2018, and since then, I have been dedicated to leading the company's human resources functions with expertise and dedication.

As Director of Human Resources, my responsibilities are diverse and far-reaching. I oversee a range of complex administrative, managerial, and professional tasks, including:

• Personnel budgeting and financial planning
• Talent selection and recruitment
• Compensation and benefits management
• Performance management and evaluation.

My goal is to create a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers employees to thrive and drive business success. I am committed to staying up-to-date with Assured policies and best practices, ensuring that our human resources strategies are always forward-thinking and effective.

Rosezatta Charleston

General Manager/ Co-Owner

Rosezatta represents the individuals and staff of Assured Residential. Rosezatta believes that her effectiveness in providing continuous training and building relationships between individuals and staff makes a great organization. Rosezatta has been in the Human Services field for 19 years. She has a background in business management as well as nursing that has equipped her with the interpersonal skills to understand and patiently communicate with doctors, pharmacists, and other team members to better the lives of each individual.

Tracey Banks

Director of Administrative Support

Tracey Banks is the Director of Administrative Support for Assured Residential & Consulting LLC. She serves as a liaison and advocates between assured and individuals’ support teams. She was raised in Indiana at the age of three. She was in the foster care system and understands what it is like to feel displaced. Fortunately, her foster parents became her forever family. Tracey is the oldest of 15 siblings, 11 of them were adopted. She has life experience assisting with raising the younger nine siblings, whereas many haves had some intellectual or behavioral disorders. Tracey willingly restructured her life 5 years ago to take in her intellectually and physically disabled brother. She worked five years as a direct support professional before taking on an administrative role with Assured Residential & Consulting LLC. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, doing outdoor activities, and swimming in the pool.

Cianean Charleston

Program Director (PD)

As a Program Director at Assured Residential and Consulting, LLC (ASSURED), I, Cianean Charleston, play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of programming for individuals, ensuring quality service provision and upholding ASSURED's vision, mission, and core values. My responsibilities include:

• Supervising assigned staff and ensuring consistent and dependable service delivery
• Implementing procedures to regulate Supported Living sites and services
• Overseeing the daily operations of a specific caseload of individuals receiving services through the ASSURED Family Supports Program
• Coordinating and implementing all aspects of service delivery

My focus is on ensuring the highest quality of service provision, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, and promoting the well-being and independence of the individuals we serve.

Djedje Mirindi

Compliance Coordinator (CC)

As the Compliance Coordinator (CC) at Assured Residential and Consulting, LLC (ASSURED), Djedje Mirindi plays a vital role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and Company's standards. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of compliance regulations, Djedje is responsible for:

• Maintaining ASSURED's high ethical standards
• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Providing training and support to employee's compliance issues. 

As the Compliance Coordinator, Djedje is a crucial part of the ASSURED team, working tirelessly to ensure the company's continued excellence and trustworthiness. With her expertise and dedication, ASSURED maintains a culture of integrity, allowing the company to provide exceptional service to its clients."

Jacob Hancock

Office Manager

Jacob Hancock is the Office Manager for Assured Residential & Consulting LLC. Jacob takes great pride in Assured Residential & Consulting LLC.’s mission “To Serve Individuals Passionately with Commitment.”

Jacob was born and raised in Noblesville, Indiana. Jacob aspires to aid in the growth and development of Assured Residential & Consulting LLC. To make it the preferred provider of choice for the individuals and communities we serve. Jacob has 12+ years of experience as a direct support professional. In his free time, Jacob enjoys restoring old furniture. Jacob has vast knowledge of the Medicaid waiver residential setting and looks forward to utilizing that knowledge to assist with the growth and development of Assured Residential & Consulting LLC.

Acee R. Charleston

Client Benefits Coordinator (CBC)

(She/Her)
Acee R. Charleston has worked in the Human and Social Service field for over ten years. She is a proud Indiana University (IU) Alumni. Acee is currently the Client Benefits Coordinator at Assured Residential & Consulting. She has held this position for one year, as of 2024. As the Client Benefits Coordinator, Acee works to make sure all of Assured’s clients have and maintain their appropriate benefits. Acee maintains the clients’ expenses and makes sure whatever funds they have are properly used and accounted for. Acee also works with each client’s team to make sure their personal funds are properly utilized.
